Domestic deliveries (Germany):

• Order value up to 75 €: Shipping costs 5.90 €
• Order value from 75 €: Free shipping

Deliveries abroad (EU):

• Order value up to 75 € gross: Shipping costs 9.90 €

RETURNS

At Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we have set up a transparent and straightforward return and exchange policy for you:

Return:

• Return period: You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

• Procedure: Carefully pack the item and include the purchase receipt. Send the package to the following address:

• Return shipping costs: You are responsible for these costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions:

• Personalized products: Items that have been personalized at your request are excluded from return and exchange, unless they have a quality defect.
