Shipping policy
1. Scope
We deliver within Germany, the European Union (EU), Switzerland, Great Britain, and to selected European and other internationally available countries, including the USA (United States).
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Deliveries within Germany and the European Union (EU)
- Orders up to €74.99: €9.90 shipping costs (incl. VAT)
- Free shipping on orders over €75.00
2.2 Deliveries to European countries outside the European Union, in particular to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
- Up to €84.99: €12.90 shipping costs (VAT exempt according to §4No.1a UStG)
- Free shipping on orders over €85.00
Any customs duties, import taxes or other country-specific costs that may apply are to be borne by the recipient.
2.3 Deliveries to the USA (United States)
- Up to $98.99: $12.95 shipping costs (VAT exempt according to §4No.1a UStG)
- Free shipping on orders over $99.00
Deliveries to the USA are made under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model . This means that all import duties, customs fees, and any applicable taxes are already paid and remitted by us. The customer incurs no additional costs upon delivery.
2.4 Deliveries abroad (outside the EU, Europe & USA)
- Up to €249.99: €29.90 shipping costs (VAT exempt according to §4No.1a UStG)
- Free shipping on orders over €250.00
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are made upon request. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other country-specific costs that may apply are to be borne by the recipient.
3. Delivery Information
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and payment has been successfully confirmed.
The stated delivery times are:
Germany: 1-2 working days
EU and Europe: 2 – 5 working days
United States: 5-10 business days
International: on request
Delivery is only available on weekdays. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, or after 12:00 PM, are generally shipped the next business day.
The specific shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and during the ordering process.
4. Customs and Import Information
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., for DDP shipments to the USA). These are to be borne by the recipient or – in the case of DDP – by the seller.
