- Freshwater cultured pearls : Natural beauty and elegance, perfect for fine jewelry.

Our jewelry from Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna is characterized by a combination of high-quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Here are the main reasons why our jewelry is so outstanding:

Where is your product designed and manufactured?
Our Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna jewelry is designed with great care and creativity in our head office in Berlin, Germany. The design process includes several steps to ensure that each piece is perfect:
- Idea development and sketching : Our talented designer starts with the idea generation and sketches the first drafts on paper.
- Digital design : These sketches are then further developed on the computer using modern 3D programs to create detailed and precise designs.
Once the design is completed, we hand it over to our factory in Thailand:
- 3D printing of the pattern : In Thailand, the digital design is converted into a 3D model and a first prototype is printed.
- Prototype review : This prototype is sent back to Berlin, where it is reviewed by our designer and improved if necessary.
- Series production : After the final approval of the prototype, the design will be used for series production in Thailand.
Through this detailed and international process, we ensure that every piece of jewelry from Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna meets the highest quality standards and perfectly implements our creative visions.
What if a product has a quality defect?
We are confident in the quality of our jewelry and therefore offer an international guarantee of 2 years. Despite our strict quality management in the factory, it can still happen that a product has a defect. If you notice a quality defect in your product, please proceed as follows:
- Report a defect : Contact us by email at office@seinerzeit-berlin.de and send the item together with the original receipt either directly to us or to an authorized dealer.
- Inspection and resolution : If there is a justified quality defect, your item will either be repaired or, in most cases, replaced. Examples of warranty claims include:
- Special Notes : If the item has sentimental value or is personalized and therefore cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, please be sure to let us know when sending it in. We will endeavor to offer a repair or alternative solutions.
- Exclusions : Damage caused by improper use or external influences is excluded from the guarantee, such as:

Shopping and ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order after placing it, but not directly through the platform.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, simply send us an email to office@seinerzeit-berlin.de . As long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we can cancel it and, if you paid in advance, refund the payment.
An automatic cancellation or change function will soon be available in our shop to make this process even easier for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes, at Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna we offer attractive gift packaging that perfectly presents your purchased piece of jewelry. Your piece of jewelry will be delivered in an elegant jewelry box, which we carefully wrap in gift paper and decorate with a beautiful bow.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to all common countries not affected by sanctions. However, please note the following important information:
- Order region : Your order can only be delivered to the country in which you ordered on the corresponding country page of our online shop. For example, a customer from Switzerland can only order via the Swiss page of our website and receive delivery only within Switzerland.
- Manual adjustment : If the delivery region is not automatically adjusted in our online shop, this must be adjusted manually to ensure correct delivery. In such cases, we ask you to contact our customer service directly.

How can I track my order?

If your order arrives damaged, we ask you to take the following steps:

Deadline : You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Condition of the goods : Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Deadline : Exchange requests should also be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Personalized products : Products that have been personalized upon request cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a quality defect.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange
Returns or exchanges usually take about 3-4 business days to process, in addition to shipping time. Full exchanges usually take about 7-10 days. Please note the following details:
- Processing Time : Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will need approximately 3-4 business days to process your return or exchange.
- Shipping Time : Additional shipping time depends on your location and may vary.
- Availability of a replacement product : If you have requested an exchange, the final delivery time will also depend on the availability of the product you want. If the replacement product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately after processing. If it is not available, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.

Do you have a store?
We do not operate our own retail store, but we work with over 250 licensed retailers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These retailers sell our products in their brick-and-mortar stores. If you would like to see or buy one of our pieces of jewelry in person, you can do so at one of our licensed dealer.
