Can I return a purchased item?

Yes, within 14 days you can return the items purchased in the online store and receive a full refund, provided the goods are unused, free from signs of wear, and not personalized.

How can I return items?

At Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we have established a transparent and straightforward return and exchange policy for you:

Rückgabe:

  • Return period: You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Bedingungen: The returned items must be in their original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • Procedure: Pack the item carefully and include the purchase receipt. Send the package to the following address:

  • Return shipping costs: You will bear these costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Ausnahmen:

  • Personalized products: Items that have been personalized upon request are excluded from return and exchange, unless they have a quality defect.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the returned goods have arrived and been checked, the refund will be processed. Please note that this may take a few days after receiving the goods. The refund will be made using the payment method you used.

I lost my receipt. What now?

No problem! All purchase receipts are stored in your customer account and can be accessed at any time. If you do not have access to the account or received the product as a gift, you can provide us with the buyer's details. We will then help you find the receipt.

Can I return items that I purchased in promotional sets or on sale?

Yes, items from promotional sets or on sale can also be returned. You will be refunded the amount you actually paid.

Can I exchange purchased items?

Yes, in principle, you can exchange items. The exchange is carried out according to our return policy: You will receive a refund of the purchase price and can then select a new item in the online shop.

If you wish to make a direct exchange on-site, you can do this in our partner shops. There you will receive the necessary instructions for the process. You can find our partner shops through our shop finder.
