RETURNS

At Seinerzeit Flora&Fauna, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we have set up a transparent and straightforward return and exchange policy for you:

Return:

• Return period: You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
